Josee Labelle
Josee was trained at the world renowned Montréal Institute de tourism et d’hotellerie du Quebec (ITHQ), the first part in restaurant service, wine, bar and management and second part in the food cuisine.
After 25 years of experience in restaurant and hotel business she now balances her artistry and entrepreneurship  with passion and vision. She has build a solid reputation as a Chef entrepreneur in her native Montreal and was recognised in 2006 with the "chef entrepreneur of the year" by the industry and I.T.H.Q. Josee is a born leader who makes things happen!
